Biography
Keith represents individuals, limited liability companies and corporations in business transactions such as start-ups, acquisitions, sales, redemptions, reorganizations, mergers, business break-ups and dissolutions. Keith also represents lenders with respect to commercial loan transactions, real estate transactions, acquisition finance, and other asset-based lending. He has experience working with various Indiana municipalities. Keith enjoys helping clients with business succession planning and their personal estate planning.
