Biography
Keith represents individuals, limited liability companies and corporations in business transactions such as business start-ups, business sales and reorganizations, real estate transactions, buy-sell agreements, business break- ups, and dissolutions. He frequently assists clients by drafting or negotiating contracts such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, noncompetition agreements, employment agreements, leases, asset or stock purchase agreements, redemption agreements, bylaws and other contracts for internet-based businesses. Keith enjoys working with entrepreneurs and helping clients with business succession planning and personal estate planning.
