Brian presently practices in the areas commercial litigation, creditors' rights and probate. His primary focus is in commercial litigation in both Indiana and Kentucky where he works to protect and advance the business interests of his clients. His experience in creditor matters include real estate foreclosures, recovery of collateral under Article Nine of the UCC, workout agreements, judgment enforcement, placement of mechanic's and other statutory liens and protection of creditors' interests in bankruptcy. Brian also oversees probate matters in both Indiana and Kentucky. 

Brian lives in Jeffersonville, Indiana with his wife, Amy, and their children Jill and Teddy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, reading and watching sports. Especially University of Kentucky football and basketball.
