Brian presently practices in the areas commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and probate. His primary focus is in commercial litigation in both Indiana and Kentucky. He has experience in other creditor matters including real estate foreclosures, recovery of collateral under Article Nine of the UCC, collection of unsecured debts, judgment enforcement, placement of mechanic’s and other statutory liens and protection of creditors’ interests in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Brian also oversees probate matters in both Indiana and Kentucky.

Brian lives in New Albany with his wife, Amy, and their children Jill and Teddy. He is an avid sports fan, particularly baseball and University of Kentucky athletics.
